Telehealth appointments are available for patients 6 years and older 

Please note, that some conditions may require in-person testing at LabCorp for additional costs. Additionally, if the provider determines that in-person care is necessary to ensure the highest standard of treatment, a referral for an in-office visit may be recommended.

    • Fainting or Near Fainting

    • Stroke Like Symptoms (acial drooping, sudden weakness, slurred speech, numbness or tingling,

    • Severe allergic reaction (swelling, difficulty breathing, chest pain, history of anaphylaxis, hives, pediatric reaction)

    • Mental Health Emergencies (e.g., suicidal thoughts, acute anxiety or panic attacks)

    • Pediatric Emergencies (e.g., high fever, difficulty breathing)

    • Loss of Vision or Sudden Changes in Vision

    • Overdose or poisioning

    FOR ANY SEVERE PAIN, INJURY, WORSENING SYMPTOMS OR CONDITIONS OR CONCERNING PLEASE BE SEEN IN PERSON OR GO TO YOUR NEAREST EMERGENCY ROOM!

  • Yes, you will be responsible for the telehealth fee and will not be refunded if you are referred to an in-person visit

  • Premier HealthCO is a cash-based clinic and does not accept insurance for telemedicine services. Patients may be able to use insurance for medications sent to retail pharmacies.

    FSA/HSA forms of payment are accepted but it is up to patients to verify their benefits and check if services are covered. Receipt and superbill can be provided
