Telehealth services are available in Kansas, Iowa, Nebraska, Arizona, New York, Wyoming, Florida, and Nevada.

Premier HeatlhCO does not submit claims to insurance and will not accept insurance for services. Payment methods include cash and credit cards. This allows us to keep our prices reasonable without hidden fees.

**Premier HealthCO is unable to see patients who have Medicare or Medicaid

FSA/HSA forms of payment are accepted but it is up to patients to verify their benefits and check if services are covered. Receipt and superbill can be provided.
